Access Class Rosters

After logging in, navigate to Class Roster by clicking:

  1. Self Service in the Menu, then Faculty Center.
    The Faculty Center displays your Teaching Schedule for the current semester automatically.
  2. Click the Class Roster icon next to the class number.
  3. The selected course roster now appears as in the image below:
  4. New! To view student photos, do one of the following:
    • Click the Photo icon to the left of the student's name to view that photo; or
    • Click the Include photos in list radio button.
    • On the photo page, click the View All link or the arrow buttons to scroll through the student photos.
    • After clicking the View All link, use your browser print button to print the entire list.
      NOTE: To return to the Class Roster page without photos, click the Link to Photos radio button.
  5. Information displayed includes Student ID, Student Name, Grade Basis, Units, Program and Plan, Academic Level, Enrollment Status, NetID, Phone Number and Email Address.
  6. Other functions include the ability to:
    • Print your roster by clicking the Printer Friendly Version button at the bottom of the roster.
      • Tip! If you want student photos to display in the printed version, do NOT use the Printer Friendly Version button. Instead, click the View All link and use your browser print button.
    • Download the roster to Excel by clicking the Download link at the top of the roster, next to Find.
    • Mark the Notify checkboxes and select to Notify Students via email by using the buttons at the bottom of the roster.
    • View the roster by enrollment statuses of Dropped, Enrolled or All.
    • Customize your roster, choosing which columns you would like to view or hide.
    • Perform a search on the page by clicking the Find link.
  7. When finished, click the Return to Faculty Center link at the bottom of the page.
