Forgot My Password

You can use the password recovery question that you set up during the account creation to reset a forgotten password.
1. Go to
2. Click Delegate Login.
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. In the User ID field, enter the User ID you set when you created the account. Note: If you do not remember your User ID, check the email notifications sent to you after you created an account.
5. Click Continue.
6. In the Response field, enter the answer to your security question.
7. Click Enter New Password.
8. A new password will be sent to the address listed in the Email ID field.
